Over the years I have worked in several SMEs and seen first-hand how important small and medium-sized businesses are to our economy. They create jobs, build strong local relationships and are often the engine behind innovation and growth.

At the same time, I noticed that SMEs cannot always benefit fully from rapid technological change. Large systems are often expensive or complex, so teams rely on spreadsheets, email, separate documents and lists.

Those solutions often work well at first, but as teams grow they lead to extra administration, duplicate work and a loss of overview.

That experience led to LEZNO: one central place for planning, leave, training, assets and daily follow-up. Planning can be manual or automated, and employees can access everything directly on their smartphone.
